MARK MY WORDS, give it a couple of months and he will be holding another webinar, once again changing his story, and trying to give good reasons why YOUR recoupments have been DELAYED AGAIN, and need redoing AGAIN
The real shame, he hasn’t even realised himself that ALL FILINGS have been flagged, and what this means, but the penny will drop in time, when he gets past his greed & fear driven by his ego
This also means back-end fees are not coming anytime soon, so sorry, if you are one of those Members holding out for his newest incarnation of Currency Creation, you may have a wait on your hands.

If you are part of the IAF Void, Discharge & Recoupment Pilot (now renamed as the Mortgage Liberation Protocol) you were told on a recent Workshop your Recoupment would come in during Sep/Oct, but unfortunately just like Bank Payment Recoupment filings, these have also been flagged by the IRS, and very unlikely (in our opinion) to arrive anytime soon

1. Context for Members

We frequently receive queries from members undergoing property repossession who are also following the IAF Void Mortgage Process. These members often seek clarity on why their notices are being ignored by lenders, what they should do next, and whether the Ultimate Mortgage Remedy can stop repossession proceedings

The Ultimate Mortgage Remedy is not designed to guarantee an immediate halt to mortgage repossessions once legal proceedings have begun. While issuing notices to lenders and trustees can sometimes delay or suspend foreclosure, this is not a guaranteed outcome

SO, IAIN WHAT IS THE POINT OF SENDING OUT NOTICES?

Iain, when it comes to Members having their HOMES repossessed, you have publicly said on many webinars

“Well, you never owned it in the first place”

HOW CAN you say this to Members losing their HOME’S, because they believed and trusted in you, what does that say about you?

Iain YOU DON’T CARE, you believe it’s perfectly acceptable for Members to lose their homes, and then rent until such time as their recoupments come through, but as you are soon to discover, recoupments are not coming anytime soon, if at all following YOUR method

I approached you several times with suggestions on how Members facing eviction could be assisted, and you refused to listen or take any action
